How Quick Flow HVAC Got Started
Ray Ledger moved to Dickson in 1988 and spent years driving to Nashville every day to work for a local HVAC company. He started in the trade in 1995 and spent the next 20 years learning every part of the business, from residential repairs to full commercial installations. The goal was simple: build as much skill and hands-on experience as possible before going out on his own.
In 2016, Ray took that step and founded Quick Flow HVAC right here in Dickson County. The idea behind the company was straightforward. Homeowners and businesses in his community deserved a heating and cooling company that would show up on time, give honest recommendations, and charge a fair price for quality work. No pressure. No hidden fees. Just dependable service from a team that treats every home like their own.
What started as a one-person operation has grown into a trusted team with over 50 years of combined HVAC experience. We have been voted the best HVAC company in Dickson County multiple times through the Main Street Awards, and we continue to serve the same communities where Ray and his family live and work.
Meet Ray Ledger, Owner and Founder
Ray Ledger Jr. is the owner and founder of Quick Flow HVAC. With over 25 years in the heating and cooling trade, Ray has worked on just about every type of HVAC system installed in Middle Tennessee homes and businesses. He built Quick Flow on the belief that customers deserve straightforward answers, fair pricing, and technicians who genuinely care about doing the job right.
Ray is active in the Dickson County community. He is a member of the Good Morning Rotary Club of Dickson, the Citizens Police Alumni, the Dickson County Chamber of Commerce, and the Hickman County Chamber of Commerce. When he is not on a job site, you will usually find him supporting local organizations and events that make Dickson County a better place to live and work.
